Effective Monday, March 16th we are temporarily suspending all classes for one week and plan to re-open as soon as authorized to do so. We will continue to monitor the situation and try to find solutions.

We are developing online content so our members can continue to stay healthy and improve by learning jiu-jitsu and working out at home. An email will be sent to you around noon today with the new site and a coupon for free lessons! We will add more videos and further develop the site daily! Please follow our FB and youtube pages and check your email for times of our live lessons, where you may interact and ask questions live!

At this time we will deeply clean the school and develop a curriculum for social distancing as an option.
TO BE CLEAR: There have been No reported cases of covid-19 at our academies.
As a reminder, all of our facility is thoroughly cleaned every day and high touch areas are cleaned throughout frequently. Mats are mopped many times daily.

It has been a dizzying week of change for all of us. We recognize that these actions are necessary to help prevent the spread of this virus. We also know that the programs that we run are important for our members and participants, and they contribute to making the community a better place.
